Beautiful, Amanda. This is different from other ones you’ve shared. I love the bold colors and interpretation of the landscape (which is what I see). Lovely haiku to accompany the painting.

Thank you for stopping by, Diana. I see the painting as landscape also. Although I love the intimacy of portrait painting, landscapes seem to be my thing, possibly because they are so fluid and also hold us in space. Happy February!
